Four more things are kept in your browser’s own storage rather than in cookies, and never leave your device unless you place an order: ps_cart_v1 (your basket), ps_zone_v1 (the delivery district you selected), ps_wishlist_v1 (arrangements you have hearted) and ps_cookie_consent_v1 (your choice on the cookie banner).

Optional: analytics and advertising measurement

All of this stays off until you accept. It tells us which pages help people order and which ones they abandon, and whether an advert we paid for led to an order. We do not sell any of it and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

What Clarity records, and what it never sees

Microsoft Clarity replays how a page was used: where the pointer moved, what was clicked, how far the page was scrolled. We use it to find steps that break in the basket and at checkout. It runs in strict masking mode, so every piece of text is replaced with blocks before it leaves your browser. Names, addresses, phone numbers, card messages and payment details are never captured.

Cookies Microsoft sets on its own domains

Clarity is a Microsoft service, so running it also lets Microsoft set cookies on domains of its own: MUID and SRM_B on bing.com, and MUID, CLID, ANONCHK, MR and SM on clarity.ms. MUID is a Microsoft identifier that Microsoft can also read on its other sites, and it is the one way in which accepting optional cookies here can be noticed elsewhere. We never receive these cookies and cannot read them. None of them exist unless you accept.

Before you accept, Google Analytics runs in consent mode: it reports anonymously that a page was seen, writes no cookie and creates no identifier.

What we deliberately do not use

• No social or retargeting pixels. No Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no retargeting tags. We do run one advertising measurement pixel, from OpenAI, and only if you accept it: it tells us that an advert led to an order. It does not follow you to other websites and it never shows you our flowers elsewhere.
• No recording of what you type. Input fields, card messages, addresses and phone numbers are never captured by any measurement tool we use.
• No third-party fonts that track. Fonts are served with no cookies attached.
• No identity graph of our own. We cannot tell whether a phone and a laptop belong to the same person, and we do not want to know. The one thing outside our control is Microsoft’s MUID cookie described above, which Microsoft can read on its own sites if you accept optional cookies.

Browser controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies will break the basket on this site, which is a limitation of how browsers work rather than a choice on our part.
